  Spent 30 minutes getting my prescription even though I was the first in line and it was dropped off 24 hours before. First they told me they didn't have my insurance (first time at this rite aid but I have gone to plenty of different rite aids before and it was never an issue). The pharmacist then proceeded to call a rite aid help line to confirm I had insurance. They then proceeded to ring up the 4 customers in line behind me as they are kindly telling the pharmacist I was there first. The pharmacist then tried to refuse me service because I was paying in a $100 bill. I do not see how this is an unreasonable form of payment as some medications are well above $100. Her excuse for trying to refuse me service was that they couldn't break the bill. More like she was too lazy. By the time the manager came and got her the money to break the bill I had to wait another solid minute for her to figure out how to count the change back. After seeing that I couldn't believe this woman counted pills for a living.
