- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently moved to the area and found myself suffering from a pre-existing condition. A family member recommended I schedule an appointment with Dr. Ryan, and his office instructed me to have records faxed over. Three days and four phone calls later, the Office Manager finally confirmed they'd received my records but questioned why I had bothered sending them. She scolded me, telling me I could only see Dr. Ryan if referred by a primary care physician. "Ma'm, there's nothing I can do to help you." Had I been properly informed upfront, I could have made progress toward getting the treatment I need. Despite the stellar recommendation of Dr. Ryan, his office only served to waste my time and add to my anxiety.September 04, 2017by Emily Phillips
